I was depressed. I was going through the motions of my life, but I was living in a haze. I knew deep down life had so much more to offer, but I could not connect with the inspiration, the pathway, or the tools I needed to wake up! Thank God Roger came into my life. I was feeling very ungrounded and scattered and was spending way too much time in my head. Roger taught me various exercises that established awareness of my heart and how to spend precious time there. My spinning head began to relax and I got my grounding back. The tools he taught me I still use almost daily. I can now calm myself if I begin to spin off to a place that is unhealthy. I have learned to trust my heart. Two years ago my life got to a point where I was tired and frustrated with not getting the results I wanted. At the time I was willing to do just about anything to open up possibilities and get some clarity. Through working with Roger I became clear about what I really wanted to do and what I was passionate about in my life.
I discovered one of them was to find a woman with whom I could share not only my passions, but the rest of my life. I was looking to work one-on-one with someone on a path I could resonate with. I especially needed tools and materials focused on the most important parts of my life – my heart and passion for living. I was poised for a transformational shift and wanted a personal connection to help facilitate, witness, and validate my journey. I should have put my seat belt on! When I came across Roger’s book, met him, and learned of everything he had to offer, I signed up for it all and am glad I did.
Working with Roger in all the arenas from coaching, to HeartMath, to The Passion Test, to author and teacher was a dream come true. Every aspect complimented the other and overlapped and integrated everything.

The work I did with Roger continues to be a rich resource that nourishes and inspires my dreams, my passions, and my vision. I am consistently reminded of what is most central, important and valuable in my life, and when I get distracted, confused, or overwhelmed, I have an anchor to come back to.

Before working with Roger I was at a place in my life where I was questioning my current work, what was truly meaningful to me, and how I could take steps to find fulfillment. I was stuck. I was beyond stuck. I had always known the course I was going to chart in life, until I simply didn’t anymore. I had started to become “passionate” about everything, as a defense against not knowing what to do next. Roger’s service and expertise showed up in steps, in Perfect Divine timing. His organization, focus and experience provided the perfect blend for me to really transform a lot of my old ideas. I had done a lot of work around this rut in which I was stuck, but had never experienced the radical changes I’d often seen in other people.
